In Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, people celebrate with a huge and fun parade. Argentina and Ireland have good political relations and this is even reflected in the celebrations!

Ingredients:
Soda or lemon soda (1 can for each person in the family)
1 liter of vanilla ice cream
green plant dye
1 can of whipped cream

Serve a scoop or two of ice cream in a tall glass. In another glass, carefully pour the soda and add two to three drops of green food coloring. Stir gently. Once the soda is green, pour it over the other container with the ice cream. Serve with whipped cream and decorate with sprinkles. Pick it up with a straw.
